We've been inspecting homes since 1999 in the Tampa Bay Area.
Our chief inspector Ed Biggs received training and certifications from AHIT (American Home Inspection Training) and NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), Mold inspection training, sampling and certification from ESA (Environmental Solutions Association), IAC2 (International Association of Indoor Air Consultants) and Pro-Lab, radon sampling certification from ESA and the State of Florida Dept. of Health. He is also sub-contracted by F.E.M.A., ALLSTATE, Citizens and other insurance companies to perform emergency home inspections during disasters.
We are members of both the Ruskin Chamber of Commerce and the Apollo Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Our favorite charity is All Children's Hospital which we donate $15 to from each inspection we perform.
