If you are a buyer, seller or part of the real estate industry in the State of Florida; the most important person to contact before buying, selling or investing in a home and/or real estate property is a home inspector even if it's a brand new home.

As a buyer or investor, home inspectors are your protection against purchasing a money pit. As a seller or real estate person certified home inspectors are your protection and your shield against possible legal action against you because of the Florida Full Disclosure Law; which happens to be the toughest in the country as it not only holds your responsible to disclose known issues it also states disclosing issues you should have known about.

But making the choice of which home inspection service to use can be extremely difficult to do in Florida because Florida does not presently require home inspectors to be certified or even take basic home inspection training.

·        We use more than a ladder and flashlight doing the inspection over two thousands worth of tools alone. We use these tools to give you a more reliable report.

·        You have a choice to receive your report within 1½ hours or less after the inspection is complete in a written report, you can receive your report with pictures via e-mail the next day or you can choose both for a few dollars more.
